    Items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
  2. Condition for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
    • Items with obvious signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    Customized or personalized products.
    Perishable items such as food and herbs.
    Clearance or sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Category-Specific Policies

  1. Textiles (Cultural Clothing, Bed Covers, Caps, etc.)
    • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent.
    • Slight variations in color or pattern due to traditional manufacturing processes are not considered defects.
  2. Home Decor (Carpets, Wall Art, Lamps, etc.)
    • Items must be returned in the original condition without any damage or missing components.
    • Any damage caused during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for eligibility.
  3. Women’s Bags and Jewelry
    • Jewelry items are returnable only in cases of damage during delivery or incorrect item received.
    • Bags must be unused, with all tags and protective packaging intact.
  4. Dry Fruits and Herbal Items
    • These are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    • If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photo and video evidence.

Return Process

  2. Approval:
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
    • If the item meets our return criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Partial Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
