Using it Right
Shilajit works best as a quiet daily habit. Here’s the simple version
1. Take a pea-sized piece
About the size of a grain of rice to a small pea – roughly 300-500mg. Less is more when starting out, then graduallyincrease.
2. Dissolve, don’t chew
Stir into warm water, milk, or doodh patti until it fully dissolves. Chewing raw resin isn’t how it’s meant to be taken.
3. Drink daily, consistently
Morning, on an empty stomach, works well for most people. Consistency over weeks matters more.

We are currently selling under the government’s PCSIR (Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research) Certificate of Analysis, which verifies purity and safety through laboratory testing.
Each batch is tested at PCSIR Peshawar for narcotic content, fulvic acid, and heavy metals. The batch code on your jar corresponds to that specific report.
