Products & Services

- Sustainability and Fair Trade: Our products are mainly sourced from artisans in Hindukush Region of Chitral and Kalash Valleys, Pakistan and other regions, promoting fair trade and sustainability. We aim to empower communities, especially artisans, women and youth, through our sales and donation initiatives.

Pricing & Payments
- Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in PKR. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: We accept payments via bank deposit, CoD, EasyPaisa/JazzCash. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method for the total order amount.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping: We offer shipping within all over Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delivery is not guaranteed.
- Customs and Duties: For international orders, if any, customs duties and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: We offer a 7 days return policy on most items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Some items (e.g., custom-made, perishable goods) may be non-returnable.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Donations & Contributions

- Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable, and once processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the contributions.
